I booked an all inclusive holiday for 4 nights to Majorca last October with On the beach for August 6th, for myself and 2 teenage children. Even though I havent had any correspondence from them I have learned that My hotel is actually closed and their website has stated if hotel is closed they will find you a similar alternative. Now we have to quarantine. Have I got the right to reject this offer of hotel and get a full refund? There has been no way of contacting them and they are only contacting customers due to fly within 7 days

Terms & Conditions allow them to change the hotel to one of the same official rating, in the same area. Unless the replacement is significantly different then there's no automatic right to refund.1
