Compensation for delayed flight?

Slightly complicated this. I was due to fly Southend-Pula at 5pm back in 2018. Two hour delay because someone had a heart attack on the plane before take-off. Consequently we missed our slot and had to wait another 2 hours on the plane; total delay 4 hours. Are there grounds for a claim (I suspect not, hardly the airline's fault after all). Thanks.

I do not know the answer but put yourself in the place of the person who had the heart attack ,should they have just died so the rest of the people got to go on their holidays on time?1

Heart attack is an extraordinary circumstance beyond the airline's control.
Air Traffic Control restrictions are beyond the airline's control.
