I am travelling to Montenego in September and it still says essential travel only and that we may have to quarantine in a gov facility. It then said we could travel but Montenegro is not on the gov list. I have signed up to the email alerts on our gov website for alerts for Montenegro but not had any. Ryan Air have asked 5 times to confirm a 5 minute flight time change over the last 2 weeks so it looks like it is going. We have contacted people in Montenegro who say that some people from the UK are there but that there is a spike. I am completely confused if we can go or not. I don't want to but don't know if I can get a refund. I emailed Ryan Air, no response. We can change our flights and book up until December but can't see the point. Does any one have any advice or information or websites I could go on that would be great. I have been on both governments. Thank you.

September is 5 weeks away, you have seen this weekend how quickly rules can change, absolutely no point worrying about it until the week before. Not ideal but this is the world we live in now.
