Were they actual mortgage offers that were withdrawn or just agreement in principles?

    They were offers
  • Hello, sorry to revive an old post :cold_sweat:
I'm almost in a similar position, got the mortgage offer from Santander but got withdrawn after a week.
How did yours progress in the end? were you able to reinstate it?

Try a SAR to National Hunter;-

Particularly if you have made more than one application.

I did have a previous mortgage declined but I assumed that was because of me being in furlough.
I have made a request to Cifas, are nhunter any different than them?

Yes. National Hunter monitors credit applications and reports back to lenders on discrepancies in the data.
