    Check those links. At lease one doesn't work as you would like.

    Embed pictures into the body of your appeal pdf. Make it easy for the assessor to agree with you without having to dance all over the internet.

    Have you seen some of the fully illustrated PoPLA appeals linked from the third post in the NEWBIES thread? Some of them run to 20-odd pages.

    Where is no landowner authority or did I miss it?

    What is this doing in a POPLA appeal in 2020?
    Not a genuine contractual fee nor genuine pre-estimate of loss
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    No landowner authority is in there; I have replaced most of the links with photos and added a photo of the sign from the site.
    I put 'Not a genuine contractual fee nor genuine pre-estimate of loss' in because I didn't realise it was no longer valid. Is it better to remove it, even if it is easily rebuffed?

    An update - P4 declined to contest the appeal so I have won - thank you to those who have offered their advice and contributed to the Newbies thread! I can post the appeal somewhere if it would be useful to anyone else
