Masonry paint and equipment?

Hello all,
I want to paint the inside walls of my double garage. It's attached to the house and is a cavity wall all around brick outside and dense concrete block inside. All bone dry no damp issues.
What would you recommend in terms of paint? I'm considering Sandtex ultra smooth in brilliant white but welcome any other views.
Also, how best to apply, brush, roller or combo? Again, any specific product recommendations welcome.
Many thanks

If silk emulsion is cheaper I'd use that apply with a masonry roller and a brush for the edges.1

Thanks William. I hadn't really thought of just using silk emulsion tbh. I know it's only internal but I Just thought that masonry paint may be a bit more hardwearing as I use the garage as a DIY workshop as well as car parking, however I stand to be corrected on that. Anyone else with any views?0

The bare block walls are going to need sealing before painting with anything I would have thought.
The Sandtex masonry paint is excellent & 10 % off at Toolstation at the moment.
