loveholidays wont get back to me to change hotel destination

i am supposed to be traveling on the 02/08/2020 . Change destination flight from manchester to Malaga with Ryanair and paid £220.00 mor as i cant isolate when i come back if this happens while on holiday. New flight is now to Corfu same dates, been trying now for 4 days to chat to loveholidays online but no-one answers me, change to corfu hotel threw manage booking but still no word. Was put in que eventually last night at 7.20 pm was 31 in line only to be told they couldnt deal with the requestto keep page open and i would be in line for this morning been waiting since 9.00 am in tears now as i just need help to sort this out, even just a email saying they have fixed this would be lovely. My 13 yr old has been indoors now practically since March due to covid and she is so much looking forward to the holiday as our previos one in April was cancelled due to covid.. Please Loveholidays help me out, i promise it wont take long.

I'm so sorry to hear about your incredibly stressful situation. Have you managed to get it sorted with Loveholidays? I'm having a nightmare with them too. They told me on 21st Jul that my holiday to Turkey is all going ahead and confirmed the hotel is open. I found out by chance on TripAdvisor that the hotel is actually closed. We're supposed to travel on 4th Aug and can't get hold of Loveholidays to change the hotel. I can't make any changes in the 'Manage Booking' section because we're travelling in less than 5 days. The chat button isn't even displayed! I'm so disheartened, we booked this holiday back in September and have been paying for it for the best part of a year. Our last family break before my son goes to university. Just don't know what to do.0

Every chance that the reported closed hotel on Trip Advisor may well open for your August arrival. Apart from the the odd Turkish Airlines service, flights between the U.K. and Turkey are not really getting started until first week of August.
Which hotel is this and did you book accommodation only or a package?
If you have an ATOL certificate does it say Package - Multi Contact on it?0
