Any holiday cottage rentals offering covid cover if need to cancel

Can anyone advise of companies offering refund etc if covid should prevent stay.
I have seen this with one company who offer option to defer your booking, receive a credit note or cancel your booking and receive a full refund, if regional lock downs happen in either your or there area etc.  Only they have few dates..... for autumn
Can anyone say if other companies are offering this and who they are.

We've just come back from a week in a cottage from Premier Cottages. We spoke with the property owner direct and got a promise of a refund if Covid got in the way.

If you pay for a service and the provider fails to deliver what you have paid for you are due a refund.

Yes but some are not so forthcoming.....as you can see from the horror that some on MSE have reported re a Scottish Holiday Cottage firm...some nightmares to read.
Will look at Premier.....just want to to careful
