Opodo chargebacks

Two cancelled return flights due to coronavirus. One was in May the other this September. I've tried contacting Opodo but they're useless.
I decided to apply for debit card chargeback on both journeys and have been waiting for an answer from the bank regarding the first booking for 2 months total.
However, they refunded all my money plus interest on the second booking the very same day when I called them. I asked if they would need me to send them evidence like I had done for the first trip but bank said it wasn't necessary at this time. Awesome. Hopefully, Opodo doesn't challenge this so I won't have to deal with them any more.
Maybe the bank updated their chargeback policy or maybe they saw I had already started one chargeback and didn't want me waiting even more time for the second... No one knows, but hopefully this info will be helpful to anyone who's thinking of starting a chargeback, especially against Opodo.
