Refund deduction

I booked flights to Tokyo through GotoGate. The trip was scheduled for May 18th and was cancelled. Japan Airlines rang me themselves saying I should have no issue getting a refund as they were issuing refunds for all COVID related cancellations, however it would have to come through GotoGate as I booked through them.
GoToGate have said it will be upto 16 weeks before I see a refund! And also they are deducting £10 per person (3 of us) as a processing fee. Is this allowed and acceptable?

Personally, I would definitely not start arguing with them about £10! Just get your money back!! Any query could hold it up even more?0

Considering the number of issues with Gotogate, based in Sweden I seem to recall, I would jump on them and take the £10 fee.0
