Hoseasons poor service

I have an unresolved complaint with Hoseasons- tweeting is the ONLY was to get a reply . Looking at their Twitter they seem to be in meltdown with huge backlogs. Poor service and no proper replies. Don’t know what else to do?

  • I had a problem with a cottages.com booking, which is a sister company of Hoseasons, both of which belong to an umbrella company called Awaze. Thanks to the advice of other customers on social media, I sent a message to CancellationTeam@awaze.co.uk and I received a quick reply. Might be worth a try. Good luck!
