RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Bauer Media ("Wave 105") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://planetradio.co.uk/wave-105/legal/) apply to ‘Showcase Safe - Private Classic Movie Screening’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Thursday 23rd July to Wednesday 29th July (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Wave 105.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.wave105.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Thursday 23rd July and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 29th July. 

1.2 Winners must select the location of the screening they wish to enter.

1.3 The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email and telephone.

Eligibility

2.1 Entrants must be 18 or over, be UK residents and live in the Radio Station’s registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA) [a list of eligible UK postal codes is available on request from the Radio Station]

2.2 Contestants who are declared winners may only win once in this Competition.

2.3 If later discovered that any winner does not meet the eligibility criteria as laid out above and as stated in the General Terms & Conditions, the Radio Station reserves the right to withdraw the Prize without question. No correspondence shall be entered into. All decisions are final.

2.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 6 hours of the draw being made, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entrants. They too will have 6 hours contacted. In the event they cannot be contacted, another winner will be selected and this process will continue until such a time that a winner is declared.

2.5 Everyone in the winning party must be old enough to view the film based on the BBFC certification.

Screenings will be taking place at all sites on Sunday 2nd August at 3pm

Winner must be available on Sunday 2nd August

3.2 Bauer reserves the right to substitute prize

4.1 DATA PROTECTION. 

Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry.
