You usually only get the annual statements in the post. Everything else is via online.
But if you are not checking accounts online then after so long they should be sent out in the post, as a safety measure to ensure accounts are checked.Life in the slow lane0 -
It is not entirely clear from this, and the previous (now vanished), thread what kind of a savings account the OP has. It seems possible that it's an ancient account from one of the banks Santander bought over the last 10 or so years, and it might be a Branch-only account. This would explain the paper statements.
What is even more unclear is why the OP hasn't moved their account to somewhere else if the paper statements cause them so much anger.1
