I’m sorry it isn’t very clear are you saying you paid the total amount over 2 separate cards but only received a part refund on 1 of the cards?0

I paid £884 on one credit card then it expired was sent a replacement card paid rest on that new one but only been refunded for the new card they still owe me for the expired card0

I would imagine that it’s been refunded to the old card number and your credit card company will have to reconcile it to the new card (this of course assuming TUI have actually processed the 2nd refund!) I would give it 7 days and regularly check your card online if you can to see if it’s gone back. If not after that point then perhaps worth contacting them0
