EasyJet flight voucher option

After my EasyJet flight was cancelled due to Covid I chose the easyJet voucher option. I was informed that this will be emailed to myself in 3-4 days. It is now over 28 days and still not received anything. I have for this time checked all emails and junk mail but nothing.
On the website it says contact them via phone but been trying since 11am this morning to get through.
I need the voucher code ASAP as I want to book flights new flights with EasyJet.
Any suggestions?
