MISSING MORTGAGE ON EXPERIAN REPORT

Options
Hi

I am applying for a new mortgage but have encountered a problem with my credit score.  My mortgage broker has flagged up that my Natwest mortgage, which I have had since January 2019 is not showing on the experian report.  I have Clearscore too and the mortgage does show on there.  I have checked the mortgage documentation and it appears to be in the correct name etc so I cannot understand why it is not linking up to my Experian account.

Any ideas about what I can do? I need to move quickly with my new mortgage application and this is causing a delay.

Many thanks

Do they report to Experian as a lender? Not all lenders do.
    Also no need for CAPS.

You don't need to do anything about it.  Your broker can supply details if your current mortgage if needed.

Just covered this on your other thread.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.

Have you entered your previous addresses in Experian?

I had the same issue with Natwest mortgage not appearing but they were reporting on my previous address rather than current address/house I purchased. Even though Natwest had my correct address to send statements etc.

Only able to see the mortgage on Experian report when I requested the credit report via post and provided previous addresses.
