I am also feeling extremely stressed by Tonik. I have a credit showing of nearly 500 pounds, but they have not provided statements since estimated readings in March. Have corresponded lots by the email but the responses are stupid and dont correct the error. After 3 months decided to switch. Tonik have still as far as I am concerned unlawfully taken money from my account as I ow them nothing from the information on the account they owe me money. Finally got through to raise a complaint no email or complaint acknowledged no call back as requested. I didn't want to stop DD as I know that you should keep it open for them until final account.asno statements I have records of all readings sent to them, shown on their own system which they are disputing they have. I really don't know where to turn to next and yes it is stressful dealing with them.0
