I'm so sorry your lovely dog is feeling so poorly. My dog has a sensitive tummy and has a pro biotic powder on his food. I use Buddy and Lola Happy Tummy, it is a natural remedy. I'm not sure if this would help, I would certainly consult your vet over this before trying, but maybe it is an option that hasn't been considered? Best wishes and I hope he finds some comfort soon.
