If you email them with something useful after 1 email they ban you for behavioral policy because it's too much hard work. How many consumer have they let down. I won't be surprise if they recieve hush money from gambling company to continue ripping off uk customers.
I don't gamble anymore after being ripped  off 2 years ago. The conpany never paid me nearly 100 times but still took my deposit 96 times. I infromed the ukgc who attitude was we don't care hahaha.

If it were me I’d have stopped dealing with them after one missed payment. No-one’s going to believe that you allowed them to rack up 100 before raising a complaint.
