Philips (Android) Smart TV - Freesat channels confusion

I set up my new Philips 4K TV, model number 50PUS7504/12, and I’m confused by the Freesat channels. I’ve plugged the satellite cable into the satellite socket and during installation it found a satellite and many Freesat channels.
When on the Home screen, it’s not obvious to me how to watch the Freesat channels or view the TV Guide. If I select Freeview Play or TV Guide from the Home screen it prompts me to scan for antenna or cable channels which I’m not connected to; I can only access a satellite dish for Freesat channels.
The only way I can view the Freesat channels is to press the ‘TV’ button on the remote which isn’t the end of the world but the channels are in an unfamiliar order than what I’m used to or have on other Smart TVs in my home.
I can view the Freesat TV Guide by pressing ‘TV Guide’ on the remote but not from the Home screen. I can’t seem to find some of the HD channels. BBC1 HD is missing, for example, or assigned a different number to what I’m used to but I can’t find it. Usually BBC1 HD is 106 and the regional BBC1 SD is 101. What are the numbers on this device? How do I assign the TV to my location so I can get the correct region?
I have a Samsung and another Philips Smart TV and just got rid of an LG Smart TV, all under 3 ½ years old and were easy to set up how I’d expect to. But this new Philips TV is my first Android Smart TV and it confuses me.
I tried calling Philips technical support but they were useless. I can’t find any information online either. How do I get the correct HD Freesat channels and correct UK region set, and why do the Freeview and TV Guide hits on the Home screen default to either antenna or cable but not satellite?

If you have the manual for your TV you're ahead of us. I would have thought at installation you would have to choose to tune, and choose between aerial, cable, satellite, and when it only found satellite channels, that would be the default tuner. Maybe you could try a factory reset in case something was missed along the way. I have a Sony Android TV, and I usually just use the input button to get where I want to like TVs have had for decades.

Channel numbers for freesat are assigned from your postcode, in England 101 will be your local BBC1 SD.You can't change the channels numbers, with one exception you can change the regional version of BBC1 SD from the default for your postcode.0

This TV does not have Freesat, it is a free to air satellite receiver. That why the channels are not in order.0
