Bed from Bedstar - Not As Described

Hi,
https://www.bedstar.co.uk/limelight-beds-cezanne-4ft-6-double-fabric-bed-grey.html
I ordered this bed from Bedstar and paid via Paypal. We assembled it shortly after it arrived and when we were putting it together, we noticed that the slats on the frame were fixed and were not the sprung slats that were advertised on the webpage. I contacted the company and after not hearing anything back for 5 days, I raised a dispute with Paypal. Eventually, Paypal have come back and agreed with Bedstar that as long as I return the item, Bedstar will issue a full refund (I've confirmed that it won't be in original packaging as it was assembled). However, trying to ship the bed back to the company without damaging it is going to cost me a fortune. I don't see why I should pay return shipping costs if the product wasn't as advertised. Can anyone advise what my rights are here?
Thanks in advance for your help...

Bedstar should be paying shipping costs for the return. You need to disassemble it and package it as best you can in its original form and packaging.0

Thanks, that's my thoughts too. But is there some specific legislation that states that the seller pays the return shipping cost?Aylesbury_Duck said:Bedstar should be paying shipping costs for the return. You need to disassemble it and package it as best you can in its original form and packaging.0
