Everest window contract uncertainty

Hi
We entered into a contract with Everest ltd in 2017, since then we have had no end of problems and our installation of windows is still not complete. They have had numerous attempts at getting replacement parts or complete units, most or all arrived damaged several times, we had bigger windows but in some rooms and they've made a complete mess of the brick work, (damaged bricks, cut through bricks -a lot of the old bricks then can't be reused to sort out the solider course etc, they've been unable to find replacements that match, morter run, on bricks that are in situe) Not once have they sent a qualified bricklayer, despite requesting one and it being itemised on the contract for buildings work. We have been left over three winters in drafty house, not totally sealed to elements or pests.
We recently employed a surveyor to check the work and there is now an added cost to put supports in for brick arches above the windows which they haven't done and should have and will cause problems later on, if it is not done.
We've currently been left with an incomplete job and a complete mess, 2 and a half yrs on. The options we have been given by Everest are unacceptable.
My question is given the latest financial woes of administration and the pre pack buy back deal, can Everest Ltd who the contract is with still chase us for money or informed the contract? We've currently only paid a deposit, so most is still outstanding. However they're unprepared to finish the job and we're not prepared to choose one of their options and if we get another company in to supply and fit us with the product we wanted, sorted the building mess and put in the supports we will need to chase Everest to cover the difference in bills via small claims etc.
Hope that all makes sense.
Thanks in advance for any help
