Could anyone help please, bought a mid priced mattress 18months ago from well known retailer, top layer of foam has completely come away from base layer, technician they sent said it is a manufacturing fault and he could respray with glue in my home, wasn't keen on this so he said try an get compensation, but they may offer respraying anyway, can anyone advise much appreciated.0
