    Just received a letter from United Utilities advising that this years bill is now included in my bankruptcy and payments made since then have been moved to the new account and will be credited to next years bill. So it looks like they have decided not to charge me even though they could. I’m surprised as I was up to date and just saw this as a utility bill to
