I  bought seven14 day park hopper tickets which included access to  the water parks. The water parks are now closed and the park hopper element can not be used as Disney will only let you visit one park a day. The ticket company want to charge me a 20% cancellation/ admin fee which will be over £550 pounds on 7 tickets. Does anyone know if I would be covered on my credit card ? Disney have said if I had bought the tickets direct I would have received a full refund.

The parks are now open from what I understand so no I don’t believe they will be covered through your credit card company. At best it would be an insurance matter.

    That is irrelevant.
If the park is open it is not their problem (nor the credit card) that you cannot get there.
Dependent on your insurance  policy you may have a claim for  consequential loss as you are not allowed into USA for the time being.

Can you not move the tickets validity to a future date?

    Who is the Ticket firm?
