I recently tried to book a holiday cottage via cottages.com, but I haven't received a booking confirmation, nor has the deposit been charged to my credit card. No luck contacting cottages.com via phone, email, Facebook and Twitter direct message. Judging by comments on Facebook and Twitter, there are all sorts of problems with the cottages.com booking system, resulting in double-bookings, last-minute cancellations, and such like. I'd rather cancel my booking (if it exists!) and look elsewhere, but no idea how to do this if I can't contact cottages.com. Just wondered if anyone else has been experiencing similar problems. Thank you.

Thank you for your advice, daveyjp. Found an email address for Awaze via Facebook comments, and received a quick reply, which has (hopefully) resolved my query.
