Hi, I've also had my complaint success with Sunny today. I'm now waiting for an email from them to confirm my award, have you received your email yet? Congratulations on your award :)

They just asked me to confirm bank details via email and said payment will be within 5 days (all in one email, they have t replied to my sending bank details).

    Congratulations!!

So today, approximately 8 weeks after asking, I have received my Soa from wonga. However I had already bypassed that and gone to FSA. Then they immediately followed it up with a "we are very careful you know" type email. I suspect they've heard from the adjudicator! (Adjudicator emailed my today to say they'd been in touch with them)!

Money Shop written to say 8 weeks is up and they haven't finished investigations yet.So off to the FOS.
As they won't release details of paid up loans to my SAR how do i go about explaining what action i want taken.
I have 18 months worth of most recent loan info and previous 4.5 years would be a very similar month to month borrowing pattern .
Will they only go back to 6 years?
Was going to ask for default balance from last loan to be cleared and credit footprint removed. Also for any further interest and charges from all loans found to be irresponsibly lent/unaffordable to be refunded on top of the 18 months worth i can give a figure for.
Will that be acceptable do you think?. Thanks for any help/advice.

Just after some advise please guys, the FOS ruled in my favour regarding loans I had with QQ. They had until today to respond and I've heard nothing since. Do I need to do anything else like chase the FOS or do I just leave it to them?
