We were due to sail to Ireland from UK with our motorhome next month. We are unable to go as there is currently a 14 day quarantine in effect for visitors and our stay is only 9 days. Irish ferries are offering a partial refund of £135 against the price of £390, which they say is in accordance with their cancellation policy. We booked last year, pre-Covid. Should we be pushing for a full refund or cut our losses? TIA.

  • Hi, I heard that Irish Ferries were offering free transfers for those travelling before 31st August?   Have you logged onto the manage my booking section on the website to see what your options are?   (not 100% sure but a friend has moved his booking)    If you do not want to rebook then you need to see what the terms were that you agreed to if you cancel.
