Hi,
Help please. Easyjet moved my flight to another flight the same day (from 4:30 to 07:00), so a different flight number and >8 hour time difference.
I was told to contact the help centre. Over 3 attemts I spent >6.5 hours on the line and did not get through.
I have emailed and got not acknowledgement or reply.
To whom can I now make an official complaint and how, please.
Thank you so much, in anticipation of your help.

When is your flight?1

Your subject line is misleading, it isn't cancelled, just rescheduled.
When are you flying, if you have been given 14 days notice of the change you are unlikely to get anything. If it is 24 hours notice that is different.
Lots of advice here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/flight-changes/

If it is a different flight number then your flight has been cancelled
you can follow the process for a refund online via their website
https://www.easyjet.com/en/policy/coronavirus/online-support/q3
under "other options" you will find a link to the online refund request form https://www.easyjet.com/en/refund-form0 -
Thanks everyone. As the flight number was changed and the flight shifted from 16:30 to 07:00 [a shify of >8 hours] it was indeed a cancellation. I have now applied via the refund URL provided by Caz3121.This has worked for other flights but it was strange in this instance that Easyjet did not recognise it as a cancellation. Also strange since the outward flight [booked seperately] was also cancelled....Not very joined up thinking of them, especially when I told them this!Cross fingersThanks
