On the beach flight refund

Hello please can anyone help me, 

I booked a package holiday with on the beach and I’ve noticed today that I have been refunded my flights, my accommodation and transfers are both still shown on booking but no flights. 

I’ve not received any correspondence from on the beach explaining the cancelled flights and I’m not receiving any reply’s to messages I’ve sent to them 

I don’t know what to expect as we can’t go to the holiday destination without any flights and wouldn’t be able to change the dates we where due to travel. I’m due to travel in 30 days

The contact number available keeps going round in circles so I’m not getting anywhere

If you booked it all together as a package (do you have an ATOL certificate?) then you are entitled to a refund for it all. 

It may be that the flight refund has been automatic (did it come from OTB or the airline?) and they'll get round to cancelling the rest. In the meantime all you can do is keep trying to get in touch with them.

I do have a ATOL certificate.

Because I haven’t had any email about the refund so I don’t know who processed it and it’s not showing up on my account Yet so I’m guessing it was done very recently
