Paid for beauty salon service pre covid, did not recieve service, now price increased

Pre covid I had booked and paid for my mum to have semi-permanent make up applied to her eyebrows. The service was £325 which included the initial
appointment, then a top up 6 weeks later. My mum had her initial appointment and her top up was booked for 6 weeks time. The top up appointment was the cancelled due to going into lockdown. Now the salon has reopened they are saying my mum has to pay £50 for her top up appointment, even though the top up was including in the original price I paid. I had already paid for the service in full, so can they now demand another £50 if that was never agreed? On top of that, Pre covid I had paid A £50 deposit to have my eyebrows done at a cost of £100 and had booked the appointment. This appointment was also cancelled due to the UK going into lockdown. Now the salon has reopened they are saying the treatment will be an extra £25, even though I had paid my deposit under the agreement that it was £100 and did not receive the treatment due to the appointment cancellation. I’m unsure what my rights are here? The salon is saying the additional charges are the cover the cost of their PPE. Surely if I’ve already paid for my mums brows in full and she hasn’t received the full service then they should honour that at no additional charge? And I should be entitled to my £50 deposit back?
