If Easyjet cancel my return flight what rights do I have?

Hi, hoping someone on here will be able to able to shed some light on this question please?
We're flying to Spain for two weeks next week and flying back on 10/08/20. Easyjet have just emailed me to say that the flight from Malaga is still going ahead but they'll let me know if anything changes and that they'll "do their best" to arrange an alternative flight if this particular one does not go. I'm a bit worried that they might even change the date of the flight whilst we're over there and that it might lead to extra days in Spain with all the associated costs. Do you think my travel insurance will cover hotel bills if this happens? I've read the policy but don't see anything relevant in it. Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks

I think Easy Jet would look after you. They did for us in reverse - a few years ago; fog in Liverpool meant our early morning flight was cancelled - they paid for a hotel at the airport and meals until we took off on a flight 24 hours later.1
