Booked a package holiday with on the beach, was due to travel in June but they emailed me (30/4/20) before last payment was due to say they had cancelled due to Covid19 and I will receive a full refund about 10 days after I received a refund of £2 according to them this is what I had paid towards hotel and I will be receiving the rest about £600 when the airline paid on the beach but on the beach have stopped responding to any emails and seem to have just decided I do not matter ,there is no way to contact them by phone or email, this has now been going on for nearly 3 months since 30/4/20 not sure what else to do ?
