LOVEHOLIDAYS - REFUND

We have a package holiday booked with Loveholidays flying to Barcelona on 12th August for a week. We have paid in instalments with the balance due of approx. £1100 on 29th July. I have received an email direct from Easyjet informing us that our flights have been cancelled. I have messaged Loveholidays but have received no reply and tried ringing them but a automated message informed me that they will "invite" customers to phone them in chronological order of holiday. Having read many messages about Loveholidays I suspect I will be invited to phone them after 29th July when they will have taken another £1100 even though I already know that the holiday will not be going ahead due to easyjet already cancelling the flights. If I stop the payment being taken will Loveholidays claim I will have cancelled the holiday which would mean not getting a full refund. Any help, opinions or advice will be gratefully received. Yes - leave them to take the funds (if they do) this might cause some irritation to you and you will have to wait for your refund - by law they have to refund you. By paying you are no more worse off now than if the holiday had taken place.

Good luck with contacting Love Holidays - quite a few threads on here about them and not one good!
