Customer Affairs at Emirates

Hi
Does anyone know an e mail address for Customer Affairs or the Department within Emirates for making a formal complaint? There is a phone number in Glasgow but I have tried ringing it 3 times and eventually give up after being held in a endless queue. Another option is to write to them but their Head Off ice is in Dubai. They have an online form for making a complaint but they require a ticket number and flight code which I no longer have plus my complaint is not about a specific flight. I would just like an e mail address to send my complaint to them.

Try, customer.affairs@emirates.com though not sure if still active and doubt you'd get a reply any time soon.
Thats why they have the complaint form to help their staff deal with more urgent (not knowing nature of your complaint) and pressing complaints dealing directly with the actual flights, as a company as large as them will be bombarded with complaints from "Karens" all the time.1
