James Villas - postponement charges

Hi,
due to be travelling to Greece with James Villas on 8 August (Flight and villa).  We don’t feel we will be able to enjoy holiday as much as usual due to COVID 19 and have vulnerable parents we support at home so would like to postpone holiday to next year.  

After weeks of no communication, James Villas now say we can postpone but will need to pay 100% of villa cost and likely flight amendment fees.  Can this be right? I would understand amendment fees but 100% of villa?! There is still some time for villa to be re let and I would have been able to inform them far sooner if not for not being able to get through on the phone.

What do the T&C's say about YOU not wanting to travel and postponing?
What charges can they claim?
Though T&C's have to be fair, so if you can prove James Villas can re let (very short time frame-and like you people may not want to travel) you may get some money back.

Why would you not enjoy a private Villa due to Covid 19?
Parents have no other support?
