Personal Injury - non fault car accident

Hi,
My daughter was hit by another car at the weekend which resulted in her car being written off and the passengers all injured (including broken ribs / lower vertebrae (as well as cuts, bruising, whiplash, headaches etc).
The other driver has admitted liability but we do not know who is best to use to claim for Injuries. My daughter did not have legal cover ... the other drivers insurance have said they can do the injury claim with no fees or she uses a No Win No Fee company and loses 25%.

Questions :
If she uses his company will they undervalue the injuries as they want to protect themselves ?
Any recommendations on Injury claim solicitors who don’t have ‘extra’ fees added in small print.
any advice more than welcome
Thanks in advance

Given there are broken bones involved it may be sensible to consider having legal representation. Has she spoken to her insurers? Some will appoint solicitors without a legal expenses cover in clear cut cases with Fast Track or above level injuries.
No Win, No Fee can charge up to 25% + VAT but that doesn't mean that all do. Having thankfully never made a claim for injury I cannot give a first hand recommendation but you can shop around and get much lower fees than the maximum. Solicitor's don't tend to be too much "small prints" types but many firms are feeders into solicitors and they can be much less honest.
Back in my days of claims handling direct claimants didn't get the lowest offers, afterall we are saving ourselves the solicitors fees so want them to be fairly happy, however a decent solicitor may consider other matters and so add value. If you speak to someone from a para-legal background they'll probably say the opposite, that insures always lowball direct claimants. Things like where the claimant lived (and therefore which court is likely to hear a litigated case) made more difference.1 -
Hello - just come across your post - I’m still learning how to use this site - so hope I post this ok - I was rear ended a few months ago - DLG legal are appalling - ( on behalf of Direct Line) so I’m going to appoint my own solicitor- it’s a minefield in who to use - and so many no win no fee - I have a case as other driver accepted liability- I was stationary … luckily no one killed - but myself and other passenger have injuries- that may improve in time but nearly 5 months still lots of problems… mine involving my neck/spine and the other passenger may need an operation for a hernia … I hope your daughter recovered well - it’s such a horrible shock - what legal route did she take in the end ?rarey1 said:Hi,

The OP's one and only day on this forum was 22 July 2020, so there's not much point directing your query to them. You might be better to start your own thread if you want advice from others.everynamegone said:
