LastMinute.com Refund email has dead link

I received an email from LM saying the I have the option between a voucher and a full refund to the original payment method, problem being when I click the Refund option on the email it takes me to a page that states there is a technical issue and the request could not be processed. When I try to contact LM by phone I can't get speaking to anyone, I've rang 3 times and been on hold for an hour at a time. There is also a time limit on the refund request which is 7 days considering I've had to wait nearly 2 months to find out whether i was getting a refund or not this is grim.

What i meant to ask was has anyone else  had this problem? 

I finally got through to a call handler, who unfortunately spoke with broken English and couldn't understand what the problem was, she said she was going to process something for me but i'm not holding out any hope.
