Left with childcare vouchers I can't use due to lockdown

Hi everyone, a journalist has been in touch stating that she is interested in finding out more about the situation with un-unusable childcare vouchers.  Are you interested in speaking with her?  Her name is Amelia Murray and she is a reporter currently working for the Daily Mail.  I have told her that a few of us are discussing this and that I would find out if anyone would like to chat with her.  Please could you let me know if you are interested?

It is your employers responsibility to process the refund. My pay Department did mine without a problem

 There is no obligation on an employer to refund the voucher. It is their choice if they do or not.
Some payroll systems cannot process a refund.

The employer can choose to do that but it depends on the terms of their scheme. Also, for some of us, the employer is now an ex-employer.

Hi, I'm picking up on this after a very long pause.  Does anyone have any tips on where you can spend childcare vouchers for holiday camps or trips?  I'm aware of PGL, Outward Bound and Kings Camps.  Anywhere else?  Has anyone been able to use them for school-organised trips?  Thanks.

I wasn't because my children weren't interested in any of the qualifying clubs/camps.
