I booked a package holiday with on the beach, due to go on the 27th May, it got cancelled, I was also advised to pay the outstanding balance, and then when the holiday got cancelled we could get a full refund, but we have only received the hotel and transfer money back, even though it was a package holiday, we still not received our flight money, I’ve messaged them endless times, just to be told they keep chasing easyJet for the refund, but getting no response, even though I have told them that my rights are that they need to refund all of my money, you cannot speak to anyone in person from on the beach or easyJet, yet silly me rebooked a holiday for next year with on the beach, and there taking my money0

My Daughter booked her Holiday in January for a Family Hotel in Majorca for her, her partner and her 4 small Children for 15th September - 25th September, her balance was paid in Full and ON The Beach changed her Hotel twice in the last week before she arrived finally they have put her and her Family in a ADULT ONLY Hotel called the Indico Rock which is a nice Hotel don't get me wrong its ok for Couples or Singles but it ISN'T suitable for children as there are pictures of naked women all around and they have put her on the 4th Floor with a 1 year old Baby who is 1 today the 16th September, the Balcony isn't safe as there is a big enough gap for the baby to crawl off, I fear the safety for her. My daughter arrived last night 15th September and called me in tears as she wanted to come home due to the experience she is having with On The Beach as they said if she wants to Change Hotels its going to cost her £490.00 extra but They Changed her twice From a Family hotel without charging her but are wanting to Charge Her for wanting to move, I don't blame her as there isn't anything for the children. we both emailed On the Beach on the 12th September for them to help her and change her to a Family Hotel and we still haven't had a response.
I just think it is unacceptable to put a Family with young children all under 10 into an Adults Only Hotel and expect them to pay extra to be changed to a Family Hotel when the Hotel She has requested is the Bellevue Club which is cheaper than Her Original Hotel Booked
