Amex Balance Transfer Restrictions?

Hi,
Does anyone know which banks/credit cards will accept balance transfers from American Express (British Airways) credit card? My Amex Interest free period has run out and I'm trying to find a card provider that will accept a balance transfer from this credit card to theirs. I've had no luck so far, apparently there aren't that many that will accept transfers from amex. Had I known this I would never have taken the card out in the first place.
Has anyone else come across this issue? And if so, can you recommend a card that would allow you to transfer over that offers an interest free period?

I’ve not known Amex to offer interest free periods on their cards, except for the legacy free “Reward” credit card.0
