Aqua card registration problem.

Just received my new aqua card account number and online registration number however trying to register on the app it doesn't work. It kept saying one of the details is incorrect but the information is all correct and after numerous attempts it's now blocked my account. Has anyone else had trouble registering or is it possible they have sent the wrong online registration number? Unfortunately it's now blocked my account and I have to wait till I receive the card to try and unblock it.

Nobody knows. Try calling Aqua.

It'll probably be because the system knows you don't have an active card, since it hasn't been posted out yet. Wait until your card arrives and try again - failing that call Aqua. They should be able to sort you out.

I seem to remember having to wait till I had the card to register the app. pretty sure.

Take the four or five zeros away from the start of the account when registered I found that out myself.
