DFDS FERRIES - HOW TO GET A CASH REFUND FOR TRAVEL VOUCHER ISSUED IN MARCH

I need a cash refund for my £274 ticket issued in January for travel in April. This was cancelled in March and a travel voucher issued but I no longer wish to use the voucher and wish to have a cash refund instead. BUT DFDS do not reply to emails, it is impossible to get through on the phone and it seems that they will not issue a cash refund. So what's the next option?
