    I applied online on 5th July for renewal passports for both my children. My son's (13) came back in nine days and my daughters (8) in fifteen. I was pleasantly surprised that photo verification can be done online now, rather than needing a physical photo. My son's photo didn't need checking.

    I applied online for my Daughter(15) on 1st July very smooth and quick process, new blue passport arrived on 14th July. I was very impressed with the service. :)
