Unable to contact Travel Insurance company to alter policy (change in travel dates due to Covid 19)

I am unable to contact Travel Insurance Direct  - Travel Insurance Agencies LTD  (FCA firm ref 306767) as the phone number is no longer working and there are no replies to previous email correspondence. They agreed to change the dates of my sons annual travel insurance covering travel and work in Australia from 5th August 2020 for 1 year., which was taken out pre Covid lockdown They suggested in May to contact with a new start date prior to 5th August 2020. All other contact numbers on the policy are for claims against the insurance rather than amendments/changes. What are my rights if this insurance was paid by credit card.
