Buying a Flat to Rent Out

OP if you want somewhere to tell you what you want to hear, there are plenty of websites, there's one that starts with mum and ends in net that comes to mind.
Otherwise like any other business, you need to weigh the cons and pros, are you really getting much return for that money you invest, Non rent paying tenants are very real, could you deal without that income for a few months plus court costs e.t.c? Repairs won't be cheap either,"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Dunno why you're all replying. Bloke who has been coming on here for years with different names talking about investing in a rental. ALWAYS ends up insulting people and calling them names.

But it has been an entertaining thread reading the OPs take on being a Landlord, and making big tax free profits.
But we are now on page 7 and OP has managed to insult a large percentage of posters that have replied. And the Forum.
And has threatened to leave at least 3 times? But unfortunately is still here.
OP you have been given good advice on your "business venture" perhaps come back? for further advice, if you actually buy this flat and are actually are able to listen to others trying to help you.
