i was furloughed back in march, 2nd of june i was made redundant, legally i had to be paid full wages, what i would like to know is, my hourly rate was £8.45, this is what my wage has been right up till todays wages, can they legally pay me under the minimum wage while on my 12 weeks notice?

They should be paying you the NMW for the statutory minimum notice period. If you have an enhanced notice period they may be able to keep you on your current furlough pay for that.0

so i can go back to them and say they are underpaying me?0

Yes as you need to be paid your normal pay for the statutory notice period it stands to reason you should be paid the NMW then for notice period.1
