Moneybox LISA and App

Does anyone else have the Moneybox App for a LISA and find it really awkward? Things that feel quite fundamental to money management and banking,  like checking how much money I actually have (not what’s incoming) and transactions, seem so awkward. I had to contact someone to get a list of transactions and she emailed back saying they would prepare one ‘specially’. I want to change the account from which  my savings is being taken and I’ve been advised to use the banks’ Current Account Switching Service.

I tried Moneybox, it's difficult and fidgety, closed my account within a month.

I don't think it's too bad for what it is, but what I find really bad is that with the LISA, you can't see when the bonus was added to your account, it sort of just turns up? No indication of an expected date or anything.

All LISAs operate to the standardised bonus timescales set by the scheme rules, which entail a monthly bonus earning cycle running from the 6th of one month to the 5th of the next, after which the ISA manager has 14 days to submit the claims and the government has another 14 days to pay the bonuses.  Therefore bonuses will be added to accounts either right at the end of a month or very early the following month, if knowing when they'll arrive is important to you.
