best loyalty card when buying fuel?

Hi, can anyone advise which is the best loyalty card to use when filling up with fuel please?
Ie - Which one gives best value in way of ultimately getting reward points for money back off your shopping etc.
I have loyalty cards for BP and Shell, plus a Nectarcard and a Clubcard.
For example I believe that Tesco do not give a many points for a pound spent on fuel as they do for a pound spent on groceries, not sure if Nectar are the same.
And I can get Nectar points at both a Sainsburys and an Esso garage, but do they both give the same quantity of points?
I visit all the above garages fairly randomly and evenly and have always wondered if I should stick to one brand if they were better for rewards.
Thanks

My view, for what it's worth, is that you'll save more money by shopping at the cheapest petrol station and don't be swayed by the rewards (please don't let this get sidetracked into the 4000th argument about supermarket fuel !). Where I live, Morrisons is the cheapest fuel by some margin, so I go there. I get Morrisons More points (though I wouldn't fill up there *just* for the points, it's only because it's the cheapest anyway so it's an unexpected bonus), and also Tesco Clubcard points as I pay with the Tesco credit card. If you've got a credit card that gives you airmiles, cashback or whatever then use that instead. The Morrisons and Tesco points don't add up to much, and I'm sure there are better ways of doing it if I could be bothered - but it pays for a takeaway and a bottle of wine every few months :-). But it works for me, and like I say, at the end of the day I just go to the cheapest petrol station.

I have costco card, but no station in Leeds. Used it once in Liverpool Costco, but the price was actually more expensive than Leeds at the time, probably due to local pricing. If the world is a stage... I want better lighting!0

For us Asda fuel is almost always cheapest and they don't have a loyalty scheme. If we are going to Costco for other shopping then we will buy it there, but they are often only 1p-2p cheaper than Asda anyway.
As Tesco Clubcard points are worth about 1-3p a litre and Nectar about 0.5-1p, it isn't usually worth going just to them for the points as the Asda fuel is usually around 1-2p cheaper anyway.
Basically we will try to buy from Costco if going anyway, Asda otherwise or if further from home then just look for the cheapest convenient fuel.0 -
Tesco give 1 point per £ for groceries and 1 point per £2 for fuel but if you pay for fuel or shopping at Tesco with a Tesco debit card it is 2 points per £, the only thing I use my Tesco debit card for.
