Sky Q Minibox Freezing

Hi, I had sky Q installed a few weeks ago and at first we were only using the minibox as the room with the main box was having some work done. Had the odd freeze on the box but it was working fine. Now the other room is done, I have the main sky box on and the mini box seems to freeze a lot of the time. It always seems to be when the main box is on.
We're on BT broadband in a new build house so walls are not thick, BT Smart Hub 2 is under the stairs and directly in the middle of the main box and mini box.
Any ideas what I could do?
Cheers,
Matt

The first step is usually to try rebooting everything, main Sky Q box, mini box and router.0

Hey, yeah sorry I tried this and it was ok for a hour or so but then started glitching again. Before the work was done, the main box was just in the corner of the room, now its behind a tv in a wall recess. Not sure if this would make any differencechrisw said:The first step is usually to try rebooting everything, main Sky Q box, mini box and router.0 -
I would move the the box out of a wall recess for a start.0

Air flow will be an issue if the main box is in an enclosed space. It may also be lacking signal strength which would account for the connection issues. If it was working properly in its previous location then that needs taking into account.
